You thought the Huracan was hard-core? Wait until you see the new Lamborghini Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo racer, unveiled at the 2014 Quail, A Motorsport Gathering. These first pictures of the Super Trofeo leave you in little doubt this is a maximum-attack kinda Lambo.
BMW X1 - not in the US until late 2012
It would have been inconceivable just a few years ago that there could ever be a market in the US for a car like the BMW X1. But times have changed and even Americans see the benefits of a (much) smaller SUV, so BMW was originally planning on launching the X1 in the US around now. That X1 launch got put back until later in 2011 because the Leipzig plant – which builds the X1 – was running at capacity to meet the demands from Europe.
This is the new Saab 9-5 Sportwagon, and is the third new model released under Spyker ownership after the 9-5 saloon and 9-4X SUV. Saab has released this solitary teaser image ahead of the car’s debut at the 2011 Geneva motor show in March, and while we can’t see the front on the new Saab 9-5 Sportwagon, it’s the back that’s the business end. It’s not your typical hearse-like load lugger: note the raked rear screen and wraparound rear glass.
Figures first, and seats up there’s 527 litres of boot space in the new Saab 9-5 Sportwagon.
